Harshad is a personal trainer certified by the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI) located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. He has over 12 years of experience as a fitness instructor. Over the past 12 years, he has worked closely with hundreds of clients to help them achieve their desired health and fitness goals. He developed his own personal training style because he wanted to help his clients reach their goals through customized workouts, exercise regimens and nutrition programs that are catered to each clients needs and lifestyle goals. He has helped men and women of all ages lose weight, gain muscle mass and become healthier individuals.
